Rubén Garfias has performed on stage, screen, television, commercials, and voiceover (animation and commercials). As a teaching artist he was on the rosters of the Los Angeles Music Center and the Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts, conducting theatre workshops in elementary, middle and high schools. For over twenty years, he was a member of the Theatre for Youth organization "We Tell Stories", performing one man shows, presenting individually designed acting projects and leading teacher workshops. Rubén has taught acting for youth at the Frida Kahlo Theatre for over twenty years.
